Shipping Policy

All items are custom and handmade per order. Please allow 1-3 business days to complete and 2-5 business days for delivery via USPS Priority or Ground shipping within the United States. All items purchased from Jake Robert & Co are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All shipments will come with a tracking number.

​Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our custom designs, all personalized and monogrammed items are not eligible for returns. Only our belts are eligible for exchanges. If an item arrives in our error or defective we will replace the item and provide you a free shipping return label. If you need to exchange a belt buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
